This five year Master Plan creates the road map to a revitalized District. The Master Plan includes six modernizations, one new campus, three temporary schools, and a number of small maintenance projects. The plan projects total costs against potential funding. Estimated Master Plan costs are in excess of $60M. The District is currently in the early stages of implementation of the plan. |

Laguna Salada USD
This seven year Master Plan is part of a larger effort to turn around a school district suffering from declining enrollment, receivership, high turn over and low community trust and support. The Master Plan includes five modernizations, one new campus, one temporary school, and four large roof replacement projects. The plan projects total costs against potential funding. Estimated Master Plan costs are in excess of $65M. The District is currently about half-way through implementation of the plan. Total actual funds received are higher than anticipated and projects are on budget and on schedule. |
