Mr. Persinger is an experienced public education architect with a portfolio of more than $100M in public school design and construction. He is adept at conceptual phase programming and design. With his background in Economics, Persinger is often called upon for assistance with Project Cash Flow Analysis and funding. He has personally obtained more than $30M of Office of Public School Construction funding, from simple modernizations to complex seismic rehabilitation facility hardship grants, and is particularly adept at Extreme Hardship Projects.
