The Division of the State Architect is charged with review of public projects for conformance with the California Building Code.

California Department of Education

The CDE checks that projects meet educational standards. The level of review varies depending on whether the project is a Modernization or New Construction project. We have successfully received many approvals for both types of projects. They can be reached online at:

DTSC is a relatively new government agency whose mission is to ensure that new school sites aren't contaminated by toxic substances. We are familiar with the regulations and requirements of this new agency.
